If you want a low crime area, friendly neighbors, parades that run right through the neighborhood, children playing and shrieking, people jogging, walking their dogs, and the old fashioned ice cream man driving around, then Pasadena is the place you want to live!! There is only one lane each direction, and sometimes traffic can get congested or you can get behind a truck or behind someone going below the speed limit.Great schools for elementary and older kids.
Unless a hurricane or tropical storm is brewing, and we have mostly been spared since 2003, it's a great place to be. Schools are nice, and there are plenty of places to go for any occasion- getting food, riding a bike, shopping, and definitely getting a new car- if you poke your head around the area just a bit.Great community with nice people.
