Now one of my assignment is lock and they are saying that "This item will be unlocked when the session begins" I have completed previous item also. Same thing has happened with my courses. I had applied for financial aid and just two days before they give me conformation that it is approved. Iam also having the same issue. Thats the reason i bought it Full unrestricted Acess!

Every assignment worked well until last week but now, every assignment except week 1 is locked with the same message as ‘I tried to contact help desc but every time I press ‘Contact Us’ button I go back to Enter your username or e-mail address.

And this happened with all my three courses.


I have applied for the three courses here and due to some reasons I've missed my deadlines.

I will try my best to answer it. May I have the solution?

I was pursuing single specialization "consumer analytics" to get the certificate. After completing my 1st week and its quiz, when I've reached to week 2nd it was showing the quiz is locked and I can't access it.

There I got help within minutes.I have the same issue with ‘The R Programming’ course. I have paid for the course and validity is not expired.I looked in to the issues raised in help center.I could not find the solution for this one.
