Bust Your Butt Falls is accessible by a pull-off area right off 64 and along a part of the road that there are several other attractions. I took a waterfall tour through the forest and this was by far the best thing to see. The waterfall has also gone by other names, including High Falls, Pitcher Falls, and Cullasaja Falls. My daughter & I did fine even with her baby in arms the entire time. The trail arcs behind the falls, catching spray from the waterfall (and likely a few drops) – and a unique view from a shallow cave behind the waterfall.The trail arcs to the river’s western bank, reaching the trail’s end. The trail is primarily used for walking, nature trips, and bird watching and is accessible year-round. It is pretty easy access so a great way to see a beautiful wOnly about 3.5 miles from the center of Highlands, NC, this waterfall it exceptionally beautiful. Video. Worth the stop.
