It makes creating A good idea, I like how it included the MToF subraces, but I feel like it isn't as good as some of the other ones that you can find on the internet.

I went from a Dwarf to a Halfling. You apply the physical bonuses and penalties of the race you become.Everything else remains, or at least isn't clearly called out as being removed. 3 rolls is best. But yeah, I agree. It doesn't specifically mention SLA anywhere, though it does mention you gain extraordinary abilities that your new race might have.
It specifically states that other types should have their own list (ie: fey with a fey list, outsiders with an outsider list, monstrous humanoids with a monstrous humanoids list, etc). My rules : A) Only Humanoids on the list.

The only other way I could see doing this would be to strip all previous racial adjustment, and apply the racial adjustments of the new race.Do I lose the spell like abilities? Because my chances of bugbear-ism are pretty high, and I'm a civilized man.

Races from Mordenkain's Tome of Foes included. The table of random races presented here expands on the one presented with the reincarnate spell in the Pathfinder RPG Core Rulebook. Constructs, elementals, outsiders, and undead creatures can’t be reincarnated. They're all humanoid with a specific subtype.
