We also appreciated that there was enough space for all of our guests. Beautiful wood paneled walls, a nice quiet carpet on the floor, and some well chosen jazz in the background make for easy conversation. But no more. The pasta was a bit overpriced.

The Mark Olympia According to lisa Owen - A unique organic Italian restaurant that serves wonderful Northern Italian cuisine with a touch of Spanish and Basque influence, using all organic produce, dairy, oils, and with organic free range meats / wild, sustainably-harvested fish cooked over an apple wood grill. The ambiance was enjoyable--wood paneling and heavy red velvet curtain partitions--though the lack of air conditioning on a 90 degree day wasn't my favorite.
Service was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful.
The salmon and veggies were delicious.

Bye feliciaExpectations were not met. We usually start with an appetizer and end up with a nice pasta dinner and a salad that is simple yet perfect.Planning for a yummy simple meal at The Mark. Felt totally ignored and eventually had to flag someone down. Literally if I had the choice to go the mark and get an overpriced, bland tasting, plate of cold noodles delivered by a waitress who's attitude is as if her cat just died brought out to me an hour after being ordered when they aren't even busy, OR buy a first class ticket to thailand, go to a zoo, and die by suffocation from an elephant shitting on me I would choose the latter. You can get a huge dish of basic pasta and red sauce for about $6 or splurge for a roast chicken for two.

It has a quiet art gallery feel to it and the pricing is a bit above other restaurants, but the reason for that is very straightforward: The Mark does the best it can to ensure everything you eat is locally sourced and exceedingly high quality. We were hesitant to end up here because a couple of one star reviews. The other patrons may not be as dressed up but the place is pretty swank.Absolutely delicious, we had the salumi tasting plate as an antipasto and the ragu as the main. The Mark Restaurant is a Local, Organic, Italian food Restaurant and Wedding Venue. A couple other things to mention: No hostess stand--had to ask a bartender for a table (c'mon).
We used to like the Butternut Ravioli, but when you order, twice now we've been told that they were out.

The food was average and nothing was bad.
I never eat out anymore because it's just not worth it... the food is always mediocre and customer service isn't the same as it use to be.
The food and service we received was splendid. The bartender didn't seem to really know their stuff (a Manhattan with olives and a margarita with orange juice). The drinks were great, and a few people got the cheese plates and desserts and they seemed to really like those as well. 427 were here.
It's a place most people will not know about nor heard about.
Food was standard, service was disappointing. Seriously, the place is so uninviting and there food is so shitty you are much better off going to McDonald's.
That kindness prevents this from being a one-star experience. Veggies, steaks, gluten free pasta and bread. We were a pain! Nearly all of the tables and all of the unoccupied booths had RESERVED signs posted. Although I ended up getting whiskey and a cigarette and beer, so...Best grass feed beef I've ever had the steak was so on point I had a Ribeye and the flavor was mind blowing the first bite had me hooked.
Even if you walk by it, many will miss it. The bar offers delicious mixed drinks and all of their ingredients are fresh and local. Overall, not recommended.The food is just so-so, but they have really fun cocktails!

The place is nicely decorated and the staff is dressed in black. 93 Reviews (360) 754-4414 Website. I liked that they had one called the "Detox" that was non-alcoholic but sounded way better than the club soda I often get at bars. Not on the cheap side of the spectrum, but everything was obviously made from quality ingredients and prepared with care.
We were loud and spilled things and they were so so nice. Very frustrated with this place.
